Cancellation Policy

Policy description: A non-refundable deposit of $150 per session is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due in full before your session begins. All payments are processed electronically through our secure booking system; by booking, you authorize the applicable charges and confirm the payment information provided is yours. Cancellations & Reschedules: The $150 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. You may reschedule once at no additional charge if requested at least 48 hours before your session; the deposit will transfer to the new date. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time, as your session begins at the scheduled hour and ends at the scheduled time regardless of arrival. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session is considered cancelled, the deposit and any payments are forfeited, and rebooking requires a new deposit. No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice forfeits all payments. Conduct & Safety: We are committed to a respectful, professional, and safe experience for everyone. We reserve the right to end any session immediately if the photographer feels unsafe, disrespected, harassed, or subjected to inappropriate behavior. Sessions ended for these reasons are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. Image Delivery & Use: Edited images are delivered within 72 hours through a private online gallery. We retain the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before your session. Agreement: By booking and submitting payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
