Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment A non-refundable $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the session begins. All payments are processed electronically through our secure booking system. By booking, you authorize the applicable charges and confirm that the payment information provided is yours. Cancellations The $150 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. More than 48 hours before your session: If you cancel, the $150 deposit is retained. Any amount paid above the deposit will be refunded. Within 48 hours of your session: The full session fee is due and non-refundable. If you have already paid in full, no refund will be issued. No-shows: Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice forfeits all payments, and the full session fee remains due. Rescheduling You may reschedule once at no additional charge when the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Your $150 deposit and any additional payments already made will transfer to the new date. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the session forfeit the original $150 deposit. A new $150 deposit is required to reserve another date. Additional rescheduling after your one complimentary reschedule may require a new deposit. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Your session begins and ends at the scheduled times regardless of your arrival time. Arriving late does not extend the session. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session may be considered canceled. The full session fee will remain due and non-refundable, and a new $150 deposit will be required to book another date. Conduct & Safety We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and safe experience for everyone. Dynasty Portrait Photography reserves the right to end a session immediately if the photographer or team experiences harassment, threatening behavior, inappropriate conduct, or any situation considered unsafe. Sessions ended for these reasons are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. Image Delivery & Use Professionally edited images are delivered within 72 hours through a private online gallery where images can be viewed, downloaded, shared, and ordered as prints. Agreement By booking and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these booking, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms.
